- Select the needed object type from the objects list (1).
- Select objects on which the report is to be created from the objects list of corresponding type (2).
- Click the button to display events corresponding to the selected object.
- Set the checkboxes in those events of the selected object on which information is to be displayed in the report (3).
- Set the Report with video: checkbox to create the report which will be contain video image from the camera (4).
- From the Camera: drop-down list select the camera from which the video will be displayed in the report (5).
- From the Filter: drop-down list select filter which will be applied to the report (6).
- In the Filter text: enter a condition by which filter will be performed in the report (7).
- In the Maximum of output strings: field enter the number of output strings in the protocol report (8).
- Specify the period in the following wayas follows:
- From the Period: drop-down dropdown list select the time period for which the report is to be created (9).
- If the User defined period is selected, enter the date of start and end periods for which the report is to be created in the from and to fields using the Calendar tool. Click the button near next to the corresponding field to use the Calendar tool.
- If the User defined 2 period is selected, specify the time of start and end periods for which the report is to be created using the button.
If another period type is selected, specifying the date of start and end periods is not needed.
- To create a report click Execute (10).
As a result the Protocol report with specified parameters is displayed.
A form of the Protocol report with video displaying consists of three parts. Part 1 is equal to the print form of protocol reports without video displaying. Part 2 displays video from the selected camera. Part 3 displays image.

It is impossible to print the form of Protocol report with video displaying. If it is needed to get the pint form of the Protocol report create the report without video, i.e. the Report with video: checkbox should be deselect. |
