An Hours-worked report is a table that contains the information about the time worked by working hours of the department staff in the specified time period with details detailed by employees.
Report fields are described in the table.
Field name | Description |
|---|---|
Full name | Full name of an employee |
Time of presence | Time that was spent in the workplace. If time of presence is more than planned working hours for specified period then the field is marked red |
Working time | Time that was spent in the workplace according to the work plan (schedule) |
Time of absence | Difference between the planned work hours and time of presence in the workplace |
Night time | Time that was worked at night |
Overtime | Time that was worked overtime |
