If MxPEG codec and MxPEG decompressor are in use, then video can be not displayed in Intellect. In this case the value of the MxpegResetCounter registry key should be lowered MxpegResetCounter, specified by default – see Registry keys reference guide.

Due to the peculiarities of the Mobotix MX-M16B camera software, when using the Mobotix MX-232-IO-BOX module, Intellect can track the state of only one of the two sensors. For example, if you first close the first sensor, and then close the second sensor, Intellect will display the state of only the first sensor, and the second one will be ignored.
