The Cotrol panel The Control panel object (TELEMETRY_EXT) is the issuer of these events. In the comment to these events the code of pressed and released key is specified.

Description of the Position changed message:
When the position of AXIS T8313 joystick is changed, the Intellect receives the Position is changed message.
The following special features are available for AXIS T8310 control panel:
- Switch on relay (set by Relay identifier parameter). This command allows swiching switching on the light on the key with light (12-16).
- Switch off relay (set by Relay identifier parameter). This command allows swiching switching off the light on the key with light (12-16).
