In the Axxon Next VMS, you can create lists of vehicle numbers (ANPR lists) and configure automatic system reactions upon any of the following events:

• recognition of any number from the selected ANPR list;
• recognition of a specific number from the selected ANPR list;
• if the target  number does not show up in the selected ANPR list;
• if the target  number does not show up in all available ANPR lists;
• recognition of any number from any ANPR list

To do it, follow the steps below:

1. Activate the Real-time Recognition parameter for the required detection tools (see Configuring License plate recognition (VT)).

2. Create one or more Lists of LPs (see Lists of vehicle numbers). 
3. Add reference images of LPs of interest to the lists.
4. Configure automatic responses to positive identification against the list (see Setting the automatic response to an identification of a recognized LP against the list Configuring macros when working with ANPR lists).
