The Incident manager interface consists of two three parts:

  1. Event grouping interface.
  2. Table with a list of events.
  3. Event handling interface.

Grouping options:

  1. By the selected object.
  2. By event type.
  3. By region.
  4. no grouping — all events are displayed.

Groups can be sorted alphabetically by clicking on the Object name:

The following information is displayed for each event:

  1. Status.
  2. Object type.
  3. Object ID.
  4. Object name.
  5. Action.
  6. Time — time the event occurred.
  7. Priority.
  8. Time (sec) — the number of seconds since the event occurred.
  9. Last comment.

To go to the report at any time, click the Image Added button on the top panel.

The report is built on the basis of the operator's actions during event processing. Typically, the report will be opened after completing the entire chain of actions.To go to the report at any time, click the Extra button.

To print a report, click the  button, to save a report, click  and select one of the acceptable formats: XLS, PDF or DOC.
