The CPU Load,% field shows the CPU load as a percentage (updated every 15 minutes).

Starting with Windows 8, the calculation of CPU load in the task manager has changed:

  • For Windows 8 and newer OS, the Processor Information% Processor Utility and Processor Information% Privileged Utility performance counters are used for the CPU load calculation;
  • For older operating systems, the Processor Information% Processor Time and Processor Information% Privileged Time counters are used.

The Memory, MB field shows the amount of available physical memory in MB.
