1. Create a Region object.
   
   1. Select Create object => Region in the context menu of the Area object.

   2. Type-in the number and name of the object in the corresponding fields (1).

   3. Click the Apply button (2).

      As a result, the settings panel for the Region object appears.

      
      

2. Configure the created Region object.
   
   1. Type-in general description of the Region in the Description field (1).

   2. In the Name list of the Responsible In charge table, select the user responsible for this region (2).

      The Name list consists of the usernames registered in the system (see User registration and removal section).

      
      

   3. To save the changes click the Apply button (4).
3. Create links between the Region object and objects in the Hardware tab that are to be included into the Region. For this select the name of the created Region object on the settings panel of the object selected in the Region list (see Examples of using areas and regions section).
4. After creating the links listed above the list of objects added to the region is displayed in the Objects included into region table (3). This table cannot be edited.
