You can share a created group of vehicle numbers with other AxxonNet user or export it to an Excel file in the XLSX format.

Exporting a group of vehicle numbers to an Excel file in the XLSX format

To export a group of vehicle numbers to an Excel file in the XLSX format, do the following:

1. Select a group of vehicle numbers and click the Image Removed Image Added button.

2. Click Export to Excel.

Export of a group of vehicle numbers to an Excel file in the XLSX format is complete. The file will display the list of the group of vehicle numbers with comments.

Sharing a group of vehicle numbers with other users

To share a group of vehicle numbers with other users, do the following:

1. Select a group of vehicle numbers and click the Image Removed Image Added button.

2. Click Share.

3. Enter the email address of the user you want to share the list with.
   Image RemovedImage Added
4. Select the user access level to the group of vehicle numbers:
   1. View — the user can only view the group.
   2. View+Add — the user can view, add numbers and comments to the group.
   3. Full — the user can view, add, edit and delete numbers, comments and a group of vehicle numbers.
5. Click the SHARE button.

The specified user now has access to the group of vehicle numbers.

To unshare access to the group, do the following:
