To launch the self-diagnostics service, complete one of the following two actions:

  1. Select the Start self-diagnostics command in the Axxon One Tray Tool utility.

  2. Launch the NGP_Self_Diagnostics. 

To stop the self-diagnostics service, complete one of the following actions:

  1. Select the Stop self-diagnostics command in the Tray Tool utility utility.
