Click Start -> All Programs -> Axxon PSIM -> Monitoring PSIM -> Additional workplace configuration tool.
Use the ARMSelector.exe executable file, located in the <Axxon PSIM installation directory>\VHostVhost\SYSTEM\ folder.

The tool is shown in the figure.
