To delete remove an archive from the system, do the following:

1. Select the archive that you want to be deleted remove in the archive list.
2. Click the Remove button.

3. Click the Apply button.

   If necessary, you can remove the archive files.

   title Attention!
   If you delete remove the archive files, then all the video footage that they contained will be lost. If you do not delete remove the archive files, you can re-use them to create another archive (see Creating an archive based on existing archive volumes). You can as well use a partition to re-create an archive.
