To configure this action, do as follows:

1. Configure the conditions to start a macro (see Configuring filters for event-driven macros).

2. Select a camera or a group of cameras to verify their video footage check if there is a record in the archive (1).

   title Attention!
   If the start of the macro was triggered by the activation of input or output (see Configuring filters start conditions for event-driven macros) that is not connected to any camera, you need to select a specific camera here. If you select a group of cameras or a camera that triggered the command, the action will not start.

   
   

3. Select an archive where you want to check if recorded video is available (2). If you leave the field empty, all recorded video in the this camera 's archives is will be checked.
4. Specify how far back in the past to scan the depth of check (3). The verification check time period covers: [the time of the action start - (minus) the depth of the check; start time of the action].
5. Select a reaction an action if the archive entries are record for the specified period is found (4).
6. Select a reaction an action if the archive entries records for the specified period are not found (5).
