  1. Set the Show FPS on video checkbox if you want to display the frame rate (FPS) on the video in the upper left corner of the screen.

    When you select the mjpeg playback format (see Viewing live video in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS), the playback format, frame rate (FPS) and frame size are displayed. When you select the mp4 playback format, the frame rate (FPS) and bitrate of the video stream are displayed. When you select the h264 playback format, the playback format, frame rate (FPS), playback speed, traffic, and frame size are displayed.


  3. In the Сaching duration parameter, specify the time in milliseconds for which the video will be cached.
  4. Set the Skip frames checkbox if you want to skip a certain number of frames in the MPEG2 video stream when working on devices with limited processing power. This will reduce the CPU load and improve overall device performance by reducing the number of frames that need to be decoded and displayed.
  5. Set the Drop late frames checkbox if you want to drop the frames that arrive at the video output after the intended display time.
  6. Set the Show corrupted frames checkbox if you want to show all visual artifacts instead of missing frames. For example, if there are corruptions or errors in the video stream, the system will display all frames even if they contain distortions or incorrect data.
  7. Set the Allow speed tricks checkbox if you want to use non specification complaint speedup tricks when decoding video. These methods can increase decoding speed, but they can be less reliable and error-prone.
