Intel Quick Sync Video is a technology available on some Intel processors, that provides hardware acceleration for video encoding and decoding. This technology provides faster and more energy efficient processing of video content.

- It is not allowed to use an integrated graphics core and an external graphics card at the same time. In this case, to use Intel Quick Sync Video, do the following:
- Enable Multi-Monitor in the BIOS settings.
In Windows OS connect a virtual monitor to the integrated graphics core and extend the desktop to it.
- In Axxon One, go to Settings → Options (1) → User Interface (2).
- Set the Enable hardware decoding checkbox (3).
- Click the Apply button.
