Specify the minimum number of frames with a person with a hand/hands raised for for the detection tool to triggergenerate an event. The value must be in the range [1, 20].
The recommended (default) value is 2.
Increasing the value can help eliminate false alarmsevents, but increases the risk of skips. 
Decreasing the value can help reduce skips, but increases but increases the probability of false alarmsevents
