When working with Mobotix M16 TR cameras, the standard face detection algorithm (see see Functions of face detection toolsthe Face Detection VA) is used along with an additional option of temperature measurement.

  1. Temperature measurement.
  2. Display the measurement result next to the face bounding box.
  3. Recording the temperature value into the system log along with the face recognition event (see The System Loglog).

You can as well set the system to launch a macro if temperature readings exceed the maximum permitted value (see Specific parameters for triggering Parameters that specify the conditions for starting a macro when recognizing a face recognition macro).
