The Sentinel LDK Run-time environment is required for the operation of the license keys of the Vehicle Recognition recognition XR. The environment is installed automatically with the XR Vehicle Recognition Pack (see Installing DetectorPack add-ons).

Before you install a the demo license, you must install the Sentinel LDK Run-time environment.

The Sentinel LDK Run-time environment for the operation of the license keys is installed automatically with the XR Vehicle Recognition Pack (see Installing DetectorPack add-ons).

If you install a the demo license, XR license plates of all available countries can be recognized. Demo The demo license is valid for 30 days after activation of the software key.

Operation of the License plate recognition XR in in the demo mode isn't allowed on virtual machines.

To install a the demo license, do the following:

  1. Download the archive with files to activate the demo license.
  2. Unzip the downloaded file.
  3. In the unzipped folder, run the .bat file as administrator.
  4. Restart the Sentinel LDK License Manage service or restart the OS.

Information about the installed demo license is displayed in the Sentinel Admin Control Center web application, on the Sentinel Keys tab.

License activation and update

Before you install the software key, you must install the Sentinel LDK Run-time environment.

  1. Open a browser and go to http://127.0.0.1:1947/checkin.html.
  2. On the page that opens, in the Select File line, select the key with v2c extension.
    Note
    titleAttention!

    To get the key with v2c extension, you need to contact a manager of AxxonSoft.

  3. Click Apply File.
  4. If activation is successful, the key is displayed at http://127.0.0.1:1947/devices.html.

After activation , in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK directory, the the installed folder appears.

The license activation/update is complete.
