In Axxon One, you cannot recover a lost password from the root user (superuser). If you lost the password, you must reinstall Axxon One. The user database will be lost. To restore the camera configuration, contact AxxonSoft technical support.
For a system connected to https://axxonnet.com/ (see Configuring a domain in AxxonNet, Configuring users and roles in AxxonNet), you can recover the password via AxxonNet (see Registration, authorization, password recovery and change in AxxonNet).
