To forbid to delete deleting the non-empty departments, assigned access levels, and time zones, and Elsys identifier owners, do the following:

  1. Go to the Rights tab on the settings panel of the Access Manager or Operators' permissions in AM objects, to the Rights tab.
  2. In the Forbid to delete section group:
    1. Set the Non-empty departmentssection checkbox to forbid deletion of deleting the departments in which there are that contain users.
    2. Set the Assigned AL checkbox to forbid deletion of deleting the access levels assigned to a any department or user.
    3. Set the Assigned TZ checkbox to forbid deletion of deleting the time zones assigned to an any access level.
    4. Set the Identifier owners checkbox to forbid deleting the user data that has the Elsys identifier.
  3. Click the Apply button to save the settings.

Forbidding the deletion of the non-empty departments, assigned access levels, time zones, and Elsys identifier owners is complete.
