Each role has its own access settings for users. To configure a domain role, go to the System settings tab→  Domain roles:

Create and configure a role

To create a role, do the following:

  1. Click the Add a new domain role Image Added button.

Edit a role

Disable a role

To disable a role, do the following:

To restore a role, do the following:

  1. Click the Restore

As a result, the role is restored.

Delete a role

We recommend assigning new roles to users before you delete a role. Otherwise, all users with this role are deleted in all domains.

To delete a role, do the following:

  1. Click the Disable 
  2. Image Removed
  3. Image Added button next to the required role.
  4. In the window that opens, click the Yes button.
  5. Image Removed
  6. Image Added
