If you create the archive is created in the a time zone different from the time zone on in which you view the archive is viewed, it is required to , you must move the archive to the current time zone before viewing it using the convert.exe utility before the viewing. Otherwise, some problems can occur when positioning you position on an archive fragment. Working with this utility is described in the The Convert.exe utility for correcting modification dates of video archives section of the Administrator's Guide document.

To move the archive to the required time zone, run the utility from the command line with the following parameters:

convert.exe fullmode TZ +hh:mm

where +hh:mm – is the time shift between the current time zone and the zone in which the archive is recorded.
