The Support.exe utility is designed used for collecting the information about the configuration and operating status of the hardware status, OS Windows, and the Axxon PSIM™ systemPSIM. The utility generates an archive that can be used by AxxonSoft Technical Support Service for troubleshooting purposes. is designed for the AxxonSoft technical support service. 

In case of system malfunction improper operation or errors in the Axxon PSIM™ systemPSIM, do the following:

  1. Go to the AxxonSoft tech support server:   https://support.axxonsoft.com/.
  2. Register a new account on the tech support server or log in to the registered already existing account.
  3. Create an issue Submit a request for tech support with the description of the problem. Attach an archive generated by the Support.exe utility to the request.  

Information on progress with the issue progress created request will be sent to the email specified at registration.
