The Tag&Track function allows a the PTZ camera to follow a moving an object based on the trajectories obtained by a conventional stationary video the usual camera using the the Tracker object. Thus, to use this function, you must first create and configure the following objects in Axxon PSIM to use the Tag&Track function:
- The PTZ camera (see Configuring PTZ IP cameras).
- The conventional usual (stationary) video camera with the Tracker object a tracker (see Configuring IP devices and Creating and configuring the Tracker object).
...
Create the Tag&Track object on the basis of the Camera object (not the PTZ camera!).

If the a camera is linked to a with the PTZ device, creating the you cannot create the Tag&Track object will not be available. If you first create this object , and then link a camera with the camera to a PTZ device, then the settings for changing the Tag&Track object will not be availableare unavailable.

From the PTZ drop-down list, select the PTZ device object linked to with the corresponding PTZ camera that will be is used for objects object tracking (1).

- In the Auto switch (s): field (2), enter the time period in seconds after which you want to automatically switch to the next object in the Automatic automatic Tag&Track mode.
Select a line in the table (3). To do that, left-click on any cell in the line.

- It is possible to display the In this window, you can display a video in a the separate window and expand increase the size of this window to the required sizeone. To do this, right-click on the video image while holding down the Shift key on the keyboard. The You can perform the same operations with video in the separate window allows the same operations as in the the Settings dialog box window.

- Click on a the required point on the video image from the stationary camera (on the left). As a result, the coordinates of this point are specified in the X and Y fields are filled with this point coordinates (5). The point on the image is highlighted with a red square on the video image.
- Rotate the PTZ camera (on the right) so that the green cross that is in the center pointed points at the same point as selected on the stationary camera. Use the the Up, Down, Leftand, Right buttons to control a camera movement, and the the + and - buttons to zoom in and out (6).
- In the Rate field (7), set the movement moving speed of the PTZ camera lens. Possible values are from 1 to 10, the default value is 1.
- Click the Request PTZ button (8).
- The PAN, TILT, ZOOM fields will be are filled in with the corresponding PTZ camera coordinates (9).
- If the check is required, then click the the Send to PTZ button (10). The camera will be As a result, a camera is positioned to the obtained coordinates.
- Click the OK button (11). The specified coordinates are displayed in the table on the Tag&Track object settings panel.
- Repeat steps 4-11 at least 5 five times for different points on the video image. It is recommended to add as much . We recommend setting as many points as possible.
Click the Apply button.

The following recommendations will help to configure the function better: The overview Place the panoramic and the PTZ cameras should be close to each other. If they are far from each other, they can interpret the scene differently. Because of this, sometimes , due to which the algorithm may sometimes can not operate correctly. - The points set in the calibration setting should must not be on the same line for both the overview panoramic and the PTZ camera. It is recommended to set We recommend setting the points for both cameras so that they evenly cover the entire frame.
- The recommended number of points that should must be set is 4-10. If you add more points, the algorithm will be configured is adjusted more precisely. However, this may it can increase the chance that some of the points are set up incorrectly, which may cause the decrease entering the wrongly configured point into the calibration algorithm, which leads to the common deterioration of the operation quality.
