Vivotec The Vivotek Panoramic PTZ functional functionality supports the Vivotek SF8172 and Vivotek SF 8172V fish-eye cameras and fisheye cameras, as well as the Vivotek SD8362E PTZ camera.

For Vivotek Panoramic PTZ functional operation in the object tree this functionality to operate in Axxon PSIM, you must create and configure the following objects corresponding to in the hardware tree in accordance with the connected cameras:

  1. Two Video Capture Device objects (information on how to configure these objects is in the capture device objects (the setting is described in the Configuring video acquisition from IP devices section).
  2. Two Camera objects under the Video Capture Device based on the Video capture device objects corresponding to the connected cameras.
  3. Two Telemetry controller objects (information on how to configure these objects is the setting is described in the Configuring PTZ IP cameras section).
  4. Two PTZ device objects under the based on the Telemetry controller objects, corresponding to the created cameras (information on how to configure these objects is in the the setting is described in the Configuring PTZ device in Axxon PSIM section).

It is You also required to must configure the Monitor and Telemetry control panel interface objects to control PTZ devices (see the Configuring the Monitor for telemetry control and  and the Configuring the telemetry control panel sections).

When After you configure all required enumerated objects are configured, the telemetry control on Fish-eye cameras using the fisheye camera using the AreaZoom and Point&Click functions are becomes available (for detailed information on how to use these functions is given in , see the Control of PTZ devices using a mouse section of  section of the Operator’s Guide document).
