The database backup copy is created using the idb.exe utility (see Creating the database backup copy). Database restoring Restoring databases from the backup copy is also performed using the idb.exe utility in the following way:

  1. Run Open the idb.exe utility (see Starting and shutting down the idb.exe utility).
  2. From the Select data source: drop-down list, select the MS SQL database database—Basic data.
