  1. In the System settings window, go to the Users tab (1).
  2. Create the User rights object in one of the following ways:
    1. If no user rights have been created yet, click the User rights button (2).
    2. If at least one user right is registered in the system, the new User rights object can be created from the context menu of the existing object.

      Any changes to the user rights linked with the video display and the video server functioning immediately come into effect on the ActiveX monitors and windows, as well as in the external client connections; the corresponding notifications are directed to all linked interface objects.


      The created object appears in the object tree below the User rights button (2), and the settings panel for this object opens on the right side of the System settings window .
