With search Search by LPs , you can find allows finding the recognized license plates in the archive , as well as filter them filtering vehicles with recognized license plates according to the specified criteria.To

The search by license plates is available for the users with the corresponding access level settings (see Role). |
To do this, do the following:
- Open the required layout (see Configuring layouts).
- Click the required camera.
- Click the Search button located in the lower right corner of the surveillance window (see Switching to Search in archive).
- Set the

models and vendors, see License plate - In the Vendor field, enter the full name of the car manufacturer in Latin letters, case-insensitive. Correct spelling examples: Mitsubishi, Nissan, Hyundai.
- In the Color area, set the color of the vehicle (see Configuring object color).
- From the Vehicle class drop-down list, select one of the following class:
- Car.
- Truck.
- Bus.
- Motorcycle.
- Mini truck.
- Unknown.
- From the Vehicle headlights drop-down list, select one of the following vehicle headlights state:
- Unknown.
- Enabled.
- Disabled.
- In the Vehicle speed area, in the From and To fields, set the vehicle speed range depending on the unit of measurement selected in the Speed detection field in the detector settings (see Configuring License plate recognition RR, Configuring License plate recognition RR—Parking):
Kmph: possible range from 0 to 250.
Mph: possible range from 0 to 155.

This starts a search based on the selected criteria. The search results panel displays frames with vehicles whose license plates contain plates contain the text from the search query and also meet the specified additional set parameters.
A recognized license plate is outlined with a red border in the Surveillance window.
