You can display the video statistics in the Surveillance surveillance window (see Configuring display of video statistics). In the Live live mode, the video display statistics are showndisplayed on an image. In the Alarm alarm management, Archivearchive, and Archive Search archive search modes, it shows the time of the fragment being viewed and the playback mode:
fragments of the recorded video statistics are displayed.

Client-side FPS

Frame rate of the displayed video stream

Server-side FPS

Frame rate of the video stream received from a video camera or an archive

Bitrate

Bitrate of a the compressed video stream

Frame size

Resolution of the displayed video stream

The video stream parameters are updated every 10 seconds:

  • in the client every 5 seconds, and the current value is taken;
  • in the server every 15 seconds, and the average value is taken.
