In the Video Surveillance monitor interface, when you create an inverted hiding mask, the Hide screen completely before and after mask checkbox is displayed, which allows the Operator to choose whether to hide the screen before and after the selected segment with inverted masking (see Masking areas on video at export). To hide this option for the Operator, do the following:

  1. Go to the settings panel of the User permissionsrights object.
  2. On the Main tab, select the Archive group.
  3. Clear the Allow hiding screen before and after inverted mask checkbox (1).
  4. Click the Apply button (3).
