By default, when working with the Video surveillance monitor, the Operator is not allowed to save and load archive search templates (see Smart Archive search templates). To allow the Operator to use templates, do the following:

  1. Go to the settings panel of the User permissions rights object.
  2. On the Main tab, expand the Archive parameters group.
  3. Set the Allow VMDA filters use checkbox (1).
  4. Click the Apply button (2).
