  1. Open the Users tab in the System Settings window (1).
  2. Create a User permissions object rights object in one of the following ways:
    1. If no User permissions object rights object has been created yet, click the User permissions button rights button (2).
    2. If at least one User permissions object rights object is registered in the system, which is shown in the objects tree below the User permissions buttonrights button, then the new User permissions object rights object can be created from the context menu of the existing object.
  3. The object appears in the objects tree under the User permissions buttonrights button, and the settings panel for this object opens on the right side of the System Setting window (3).

If the User permissions User rights are created in the system, then when you open the Users tab, an indicator of the permissions loading process may be displayed. Wait until this indicator disappears before you perform any actions on this tab.
