By default, the operator can see the print, export, and zoom buttons are displayed for the Operator in the Video video surveillance monitor in the archive viewing mode.

1. In the System settings window, go to the Users tab
in the System settings dialog box

located below the User rights button, click on the object with the Operator permissions
4. in the lower left part of the screen, select the user rights corresponding to the operator access rights that you want to change.

User rights object settings panel will be displayed in the right part of the window

6. Clear the Allow printing and saving of archive files checkbox.
7. Click the Apply button.
