By default, the Operator operator is allowed to export video recordings and print out video frames from the archive, as well as send video archive frames for printing using the Export item from the camera menu in the Surveillance window (Export section)the surveillance window.

You can forbid export or printout as follows:

1. Go In the System settings window, go to the Users tab in the System settings dialog box  Users tab (1).
   
2. In the object tree located below the User rights button, click on select the object with the Operator permissions  corresponding to the operator access rights that you want to change (2).
   The User rights object settings panel will be displayed in the right part of the windowsettings panel of the User rights object opens on the right.
3. To forbid the Operator operator to export archive frames, clear the Allow frame export checkbox (3).
4. To forbid the Operator operator to print archive frames, clear the the Allow frame printout checkbox (4).
5. To forbid the Operator operator to export archive clips, clear the the Allow video clip export checkbox (5).
6. Click the Apply button (6).

Export and printout permissions rights are now set.
