To To register the operator rights for an operator account, do the following:

Open the Users tab in the System Settings window
1. In the System settings window, go to the Users tab (1).
2. Create a the User rights object in one of the following ways:
   
   1. If no
   User
   2. user rights
    object has
   3. have been created yet, click the User rights button (2).

   5. If at least one
   User rights object is registered
   6. user right is registered in the system,
   which is shown
   7. and there is at least one object in the
   objects
   8. object tree located below the User rights
    button
   9. button on the Users tab, then the
   new User rights object can be created
   10. creation of the User rights object is performed in the standard way from the context menu
   of
   11. that you can open by clicking the existing object.

3. The created object appears in the objects object tree under the below the User rights button, and the settings panel for this object opens on the right side of the System Settingsetting window (3).
