If the joystick is connected to the Server server and configured in Windows OS, then Axxon PSIM automatically automatically activates the joystick telemetry control optionfeature of controlling a PTZ device using a joystick.. The option feature is valid for all PTZ devices connected to the Server server and configured in in Axxon PSIM.

Generally, the joystick configuration contains the following stages:

The following functions are available by default and do not require additional configuration:  

  1. Rotation of cameras equipped with PTZ devices is performed by inclining the joystick handle;.

    Joystick threshold corresponds to the Joystick Threshold string parameter and is set int in the HKLM\SOFTWARE\AxxonSoft\PSIM\Telemetry register section of the Windows OS registry. By default, Joystick Threshold=1, this parameter can possess take values from of 0 and more.
