The Active active tracking database is the Auto PSIM database database and is filled up by the operator via the Vehicle Tracer vehicle tracer module.

For total interaction between the Active active tracking database and the Vehicle Tracing vehicle tracer module, the following conditions should must be met:

1. The Active active tracking database should be is connected to Auto PSIM as as an external plates license plate database.
2. This external database should be is used by the Vehicle Tracer the vehicle tracer module for analyzing the recognized license plates.

If the following conditions are met, the interaction between the Active active tracking database and the Vehicle Tracer the vehicle tracer module is performed in the following way:

1. The operator adds the vehicle LP license plate to the Active active tracking database via the Vehicle Tracer vehicle tracer module , and specifies the reason of for its adding. 
2. The Vehicle Tracer vehicle tracer module compares the license plate of the passing vehicle LP with with the LPs license plates stored in theActive active tracking database. If the correspondence between these LPs license plates is established, the alarm event is generated with the location of the number , indicating that the license plate is in the corresponding database.

The Active active tracking option feature is convenient to be used use in the Auto PSIM distributed system, as it enables the operator at his their workstation to notify the remote workstation operators about the vehicle that is to must be captured.

The You can add the information about the vehicle is added to the Active the active tracking database as follows:

1. Click the External Plates DB (1) in the main menu of the In the Event search in the Recognizers DBs window, click Internal SVDBs and select the required external license plate database.
   
2. As a result the , the Internal SVDBs dialog SVDB window will openopens.
   
3. Click the Enter button to add records to the database.
4. Indicate the start and expiration date of the suspect vehicle profile vehicle report (1). All alarm events about the number license plate being in the corresponding external LP license plate database will be are guaranteed to be stored until the expiration of the suspect vehicle profilevehicle report, despite the periodic procedure for of clearing the event archive of events (see see Configuring the retention period of the database records).

   

5. In the License plate number field (2), specify the vehicle numberlicense plate. To enter a two-line numberlicense plate, use two underscore two underscore characters "__" as a line separator, for example: 123ABC__TH777.

In the User rights list (6), set the check boxes for those checkboxes next to those Axxon PSIM user rights that should rights of the users who must receive an alarm event when the LP number license plate is found in the database. In order for only the current operator to receive an alarm event only, it is necessary to uncheck all the boxes in the clear all checkboxes in the User rights list.

If any restrictions are set in the user rights for the the External plates DB object, then users with such rights will not don't receive alarm events.

9. If necessary, in the Additional info field field (7) enter , enter a description of the reason for creating the suspect vehicle profile vehicle report.

10. Click the Save button to save changes (8).

12. The table displays a list of all suspect vehicle profilesvehicle reports in the database that to which the current operator has access to (1):
    • In the Number column column, the LPs license plates on the wanted list are displayed.
    • In the Date and Time column, the time of adding the vehicle report to the database is displayed.
    • In the End time column, the expiration time of the suspect vehicle profile is vehicle report is displayed.
    • In the Comment column column, the reason by which for the vehicle report creation is created is displayed.
    • In the Active column, the checkboxes are set for the active vehicle reports.
    • In the Operator column, the operator who added the vehicle report to the database is displayed.

13. The You can edit the Number, Date and Time, End time and , and Comment columns can be edited. To do this, select the corresponding value in the column, then double-click on this value or click on the the Edit button (2).

14. To change the suspect vehicle profile statusthe status of the report, in the Active column (3), set the check boxes for the suspect vehicle profiles that checkboxes next to the reports that are active, or uncheck the boxes for those suspect vehicle profiles that clear the checkboxes next to those reports that are inactive.

15. To search for the vehicle in the table, enter the search request in the Find field (4) and field and click the Search button. A list of vehicles matching the search request will be is displayed.

16. You can enter the number of the displayed license plates in the numbers in the page field. The default value is 15. If necessary, you can change it. 
17. To remove the selected suspect vehicle profilereport, click the Delete (5) button.
18. To save the changes, click Save (6).
19. To update the list of suspect vehicle profilesreports, click the Refresh (7) button.
20. To save all suspect vehicle profiles to reports to a CSV file, click the Change (8) and button and select the Save to CSV item.
21. To load previously saved suspect vehicle profiles from saved reports from a CSV file, click Change (8) and click the Change button and select the Import from CSV item.
22. You can navigate through the pages using the arrows at the bottom of the window.
