To configure the Interactive Map go to the Map View Configuration of the interactive map is performed in layout editing mode (see the sections Interactive Map, Opening and closing the map Switching to layout editing mode).

Interactive Map is Layout editing mode and the interactive map are not available , if the layouts tab is featuring standard layouts standard layouts are displayed on the layouts ribbon  (see the section Switching between layout types).
