Create one Manager of failover services object on each backup Server. Managers of failover services are not transferred from one backup Server to another.

Limit the number of failovers running simultaneously as follows:

1. Go to the settings panel of the Failover manager the Manager of failover services object.
   
2. In the Maximum running Failovers number of active failover services field specify the maximum number of dead servers – when this limit is reached the configuration transferring is to be stopped until one of failovers becomes vacant (1).
3. Click the Apply button (2).
