To limit access for Operator the operator to playback play back the video archive, do the following: 

1. Go to the Users tab in the System Settings dialog box settings window (1).
2. In the objects object tree that is below the User permissionsrights button in the the Users tab, select an object with the same name as the permissions to be changed object corresponding to the operator access rights that you want to change (2).
   The settings panel for of the User permissions object is displayed in the right part of the System Settings dialog box User rights object opens on the right.

3. Specify the number of hours for viewing in the Depth ___ last hours field (3).

   The number of the last hours of video archive hours available for viewing is to must be whole an integer.

   Input Enter the 0 value in the Depth ___ last hours field todisable to disable access to the archive.

4. If the hours are counted since the last entrance login to the system are counted, set the Since last access checkbox (4). If the hours are to must be counted since the current moment, then leave the don't set the Since last access box uncheckedaccess checkbox.

   If you set the Since last access box is checked and access checkbox and specify the number of hours available for viewing is specified , then the last hours are counted till until the registration moment.

   If the Since last access box is checked, but the you set the Since last access checkbox but leave the Depth ___ last hours field is left blank, the access to the the main archive playback is not isn't limited.

5. Click the Apply button (5).
