The Auto Intellect software package PSIM and the Axxon Next software package One can operate together. The joint operation allows you to:

• Receive the receive video from the Axxon NextOne cameras for further license plate recognition using the Auto IntellectPSIM license plate recognition modules.;
• Receive the receive events about the license plate recognition as from an external recognizer.

Set up the joint operation of Auto IntellectPSIM and Axxon NextOne as follows:

1. Enable the joint operation of Intellect and Axxon Next. To do this, set the 1 value for the NgpMode registry key Make sure that the port for connecting to Axxon One specified in the An.port registry key is 20111 (see Registry keys reference guide, for details about working with the registry, see Working with Windows OS registry).  It is also necessary to make sure that the port for connecting to Axxon Next specified in the An.port registry key is 20111. 2. Once the joint operation of Intellect and Axxon Next is enabled, the creation of Video Capture Device objects becomes unavailable.

   Create and configure the NGP manager module for connecting to Axxon NextOne (see the details on configuration of this module in the Intellect Axxon PSIM. Administrator's Guide, the most current version of the documentation document is located in the AxxonSoft documentation repository). As a result, the objects of the corresponding Axxon NextOne cameras will be automatically created in Intellect Axxon PSIM.

3. If it is necessary to recognize the license plates using the Auto IntellectPSIM license plate recognition module, then Auto Intellect should PSIM must be configured in a standard way, and the appropriate the appropriate Axxon NextOne camera should must be selected on the settings panel of the LPR channel object (see Selecting the video cameras to work with the LPR channel).
4. If the license plates are recognized on the Axxon NextOne side, then in order to receive the license plate recognition events as from an external recognizer, it is necessary to activate the Remote recognition module.
5. To view the video archive by the event from the video camera which is used for the license plate recognition, select AxxonNext AxxonOne monitor on the settings panel of the Vehicle Tracer object (see Selecting the Monitor object for playing back the video archive).

Setting up the joint operation of Auto IntellectPSIM and Axxon NextOne is now complete.
