The To configure the Queue length detection module can be configured on the settings , use the settings panel of the the Queue length detection object created under object that is created on the basis of the Camera object in on the Hardware tab of the System settings dialog boxsettings window.

Configure To configure the Queue length detection module as followsdetection module, do the following:

1. Go to the setting panel of the Queue length detection setting panel object.
   
2. Click the Settings button (1).
   The Detection settings window appearsopens. 
   
3. Specify the area of interest and the approximate size of a person in on the video image:
   1. Click the Stop video button to capture the frame of the video image (1).
   2. Click the Area of interest button (2).

   3. Using the left mouse button select the four On the captured video frame (3), sequentially set the anchor points of the area in the captured video image (3) to be analyzed using the left mouse button, the situation of which you want to analyze (1).    4. Click the Size of person button (2).

   5. In On the captured video image (1) specify , set the approximate size of a person. To do this use , click the left mouse button to specify a and, by holding it, specify the rectangular area (1).

4. Set the parameters of the module parameters:
   1. Go to the Parameters tab (2).
   2. Set In the detection sensitivity field in a Detection sensitivity [0.0, 1.0] field, set the detector's sensitivity in conventional units in the range from 0 to 1 with up to two decimal places (1). The higher the sensitivity is, the less significant objects will be considered as a queue. i.e. the algorithm will , the more "small" alarms are referred to the queue, that is, the algorithm starts to react to more inconsiderable motion. SoHence, if you set the minimal sensitivity value, only considerable change changes of the scene will can be analyzed by the queue length detection if the minimum value of the detection sensitivity is specified.

   3. In the Periodicity of occupancy measurement , (s) field, specify a the time period in seconds for counting the number of people in the observed area (2). The minimum value of this parameter is an the interval between frames of the analyzed video stream , but not cannot be less than 1 second and not more than one second, the maximum is 3600 seconds. The value of the parameter depends on the scene characteristics. For example, if a the queue in the field of video camera view is not changing camera FOV doesn't change for a long time, than the given parameter value can be reasonably large. It is not recommended to specify be reasonably large. We don't recommend specifying the value of this parameter for more than 3-5 minutes for the correct working operation of the algorithm on the average scene.

   4. Set the Reduce large resolution checkbox to create and process the new frame consisting of even lines of the initial frame (3)one when an ordinary frame appears.
   5. In the Queue size , (person) field, enter the minimum number of people in a queue size required for triggering the detection tool (4)the detector to generate an event.

   6. In the Frames processed per second ([0.016-, 100)] field, enter the number of frames per second that the detection tool will process (5)detector processes. The higher the value, the more accurate the detection tooldetector's operation, but the higher the load on the processor.

5. Click the OK to button to save the changes and return to the settings panel of the Queue length detection object (6) object.

6. Click Apply on the settings Click the Apply button on the settings panel of the Queue length detection object.
