If you create an archive is created from based on an existing volume, it will be possible to extract saved video you can extract archive recordings from the file archive only if the following conditions are met:

• The
currently selected computer has the same
• name
as the name
• of the
Server
• server or node on which
the video has been saved
• writing to an existing
Video Footage volume
• archive volume was performed is the same as the current name.
• The IDs of the
video
• cameras from which the recordings were written to

To create an archive based on an existing volume, do the following:

1. Create an archive (see Creating a local archive, Creating a remote archive).
