To configure alarm handling processing in the system, you must perform do the following steps:

1. Go to Settings → Options  Options (1)→ Alarm processing (1-2). 
   

2. In the Time period of operator reaction to alarm field field (3), enter the time during which an operator who accepted an alarm for processing and exited alarm mode without evaluating it must return to alarm mode (3)the alarm must be taken into processing, otherwise is assigned the Skipped status. The minimum value is 2 minutes.

3. Set the maximum time for an alarm to stay on a special layout (4, see Working with Special layouts). After the specified time has elapsed, the alarm will be is removed from the layout and its place will be is taken by the next onealarm, which has not yet been displayed on the layout.

4. Select the alarm classifications assessment, after accepting which, the operator is required to enter a comment (5).

5. Click the Apply button.

Configuration of alarm handling processing is now complete.
