Configure export as follows:
- Go to System settings → Options (1) → Export (2).
In the Path to the folder for exporting a snapshot (3) and Path to the folder for exporting video recording (4), enter the full path to the folders where in which the exported files are to should be saved. To do this, click the button .
Infonote title NoteAttention! During export you can specify any path.
Info title Note By default, on Windows XP, exported files are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\AxxonSoft\Export\. On Windows 7 and Windows Vista, they are stored in С:\Users\User\Documents\AxxonSoft\Export\.
Note title Attention! These fields also allow you to specify the name template for the exported files, as follows:
- {0} − —camera IDshort name;
- {1} − —camera name;
- {2} − —date;
- {3} − —time;
- {4} − —recording duration (for video export only).
Select the default formats for export of video and snapshots (5). You can select any available format during export. Snapshots can be exported in two formats: JPG and PDF. Videos can be exported into the following 4 four formats: MP4, MKV, EXE and AVI.

- When video is exported
- to EXE format, a self-contained executable file is generated, containing video, playback tools, and necessary codecs.
- If you want to export to an encrypted zip ZIP archive, set a an archive password (6). If you are exporting an .exe fileexport to EXE format, you will need to enter a password when you open the file.

If you want to superimpose captions in the exported video, select set the Export date, time and titles for AVI check boxcheckbox (9). When exporting to MKV format, captions are always added, you can turn disable them off when playing (9).when playing back.
- Configure the template to export snapshots to PDF format:
When exporting, a PDF document consists of three sections: a comment specified during export; exported image; date and time of the snapshot.- Select the font and set its color (10).
- If necessary, select a PNG image that will be used as a background of the PDF document (11).
Info title Note The size of the image must not exceed 1 MB.
- Select document layout (12):
Portrait,
- Landscape.
Configure the size of the sections and their position on the page.
Info title Note You can change the size and position of a section in the same way as working with windows in Windows OS.
You can watermark the exported files You can watermark exported video footage as follows:
Note title Attention! The watermark settings are applied to the entire Axxon-domain.
- Select a file with a watermark (1013). PNG, JPEG, BMP pictures images are allowed.
- Set the transparency opacity of the watermark: 100% − —opaque, 0% − clear —transparent (1114).
- Set the location of the watermark (1215). To To do this, specify the border of the watermarked area on each side of the frame as percentage of the frame size. The top left corner should be taken as the origin point.
The For example, with the default values are: the watermarked area will occupy (Left 0, Top 0, Right 100, Bottom 100), the specified area will take the entire frame, and the watermark will be placed located in the center of the image. Select a frame rate for the exported video : if Original frame rate is selected, the original frame rate is kept; if 1/2 is selected, the exported frame rate on one of the following ways:
From the Video recording frame rate drop-down list (16), select the value:
- Original frame rate,
1/2—the frame rate in the exported video recording will be two times
lower than the original
frame rate,
1/4
—the frame rate in the exported video recording will be four times lower than the original frame rate,
1/8—the frame rate in the exported video recording will be eight times lower than the original frame rate.
Set the frame rate per second manually (18). The value must be in the range [1; 300].

Set the limit for an maximum size of the exported video file size recording in megabytes MB (1417). If the exported video exceeds When the specified size , multiple export files is reached, a new file will be created.
Infonote title NoteAttention! - If you set the 0 value, the export will always be to a single file.
- The minimum value is 5
- MB.
- Due to Windows OS limitations, you cannot export files of more than 4 Gb to EXE format.
Note title Attention! Zero value sets export to a single file irrelevant to its size.
- If it is necessary to change the speed of the exported video recording, in the Speed field (19), set the speed-up factor from 0 to 128. You can enter fractional values. For example, if you set 10 for the original 10-minute video recording, it will be exported to a 1-minute recording.
- Click the Configure a template for export of snapshots in PDF format:
- Select the font and font color (15).
- If necessary, select the PNG image to use as the background of the PDF document (16).
- Select the document orientation (17).
Exported PDFs consist of three sections: comment entered during export; date and time of the snapshot; and snapshot image.
Configure the size of the sections and their position on the page.
