General information

You can synchronize the created lists of faces with one or several domains. After synchronization, the lists become available to users of the selected domains.

Prerequisites

Before synchronization, you must:

• Connect a domain to Axxon Datacenter (see Configuration of a domain in Axxon Datacenter).
• Create one or several lists of faces (see Creating, editing and deleting lists of faces in Axxon Datacenter).
• Create and configure the Face detector (see Category: Face).
• Enable the Check in lists parameter in the settings of the required detector.

Synchronization of lists of faces

To synchronize a list of faces with the domain

You can share a created face list with other AxxonNet users.

To share a face list, do the following:

1. Select a list and click the Image Removed button.
2. Click Share.

3. Enter the email address of the user you want to share the list with.

4. Select the user access level to the face list:
   1. View — the user can only view the face list.
   2. View+Add — the user can view and add faces to the list.
   3. Full — the user can view, add, edit and delete faces from the list.
5. Click the SHARE button.

The specified user now has access to the list.

To unshare access to the list, do the following:

1. Clear the Shared checkbox.
2. Click the APPLY button.

2. In the window that opens, click the Add button.

3. Set the checkboxes next to a domain or several domains with which you want to synchronize a list of faces. You can select up to 10 domains or groups of domains at a time.

4. Click the Apply button.

A list of faces is synchronized with the selected domains and is available to all users in the domain.

Bulk synchronization of lists of faces

For bulk synchronization of lists of faces:

1. On the Faces tab, set checkboxes next to lists of faces that you want to synchronize with domains. You can select up to 10 lists of faces at a time.
2. At the bottom of the screen, click the Bind to button.
3. In the window that opens, set the checkboxes next to a domain or several domains with which you want to synchronize the selected lists of faces. You can select up to 10 domains or groups of domains at a time.

4. Click the Apply button.

The selected lists of faces are synchronized with domains.

Cancel synchronization

To cancel synchronization with a list of faces, do the following:

1. On the Faces tab, click the Image Added button next to the required list and select Bind to.

2. In the window that opens, set the checkboxes next to a domain or several domains with which you want to cancel synchronization.
3. Click the Image Added button.
4. In the Are you sure you want to delete this record? window, click the Yes button. 

A list of faces is unavailable for the selected domain. The selected user will lose access to the list.
