New Features and Enhancements

• Added the scanning mode for neurotracker;Neural Tracker.
• Added the scanning mode for smoke and fire detectors.the Fire and Smoke detection tools.
• Added the model quantization function for Neural Tracker, Neural Counter and Person location tracker. 

Improvements

1. Added the option to select the color of the detected object's frame.
2. Updated the SDK Computer Vision SDK. Improved the detection quality and performance for all neurotrackersneural trackers. Improved the default neural networks. Old neural networks will not work on this SDK, they have to be reconverted. 
3. Added online documentation.

Bug Fixes

• Pose detector detection tool and Shooter detector detection tool created under on the same Person location tracker can work together.
