The hidden archive functions are functionality is available for the archive of the main Server server, the backup archive, Backup archive and Video Gateway archive. See also Archive browsing modesthe videogate archive (see Modes of working with archives).
If the Operator operator has the permission rights to view the hidden archive, then the hidden archive entries videos are displayed crossed out in the list of videos and can be viewed the same way as the ordinary archive entriesvideos.If there are no rights, then hidden archive records videos are not displayed.
Right-click the archive entry video and select select Prohibit viewing to hide the archive recordvideo.
Right-click the archive entry video and select Allow viewing to unhide the archive recordvideo.
If a video is marked as hidden, then it is recorded in the index file that is located in the INDEX_DATA folder, named the same as the index file in the INDEX folder but with the .data extension.
In this case, the INDEX_DATA\07111916.data corresponds to the INDEX\07111916.idx index. The .data file exists if there is at least one hidden video per hour. The .data file is removed along with the .idx file and is not changed during reindexing, as it contains the primary information. In Axxon PSIM versions older than 1.0.0, the archive is played back as usual.
