The Incident interface of the incident manager interface consists of three parts:

  1. Event grouping interface (1) — see Grouping events—see Event grouping.
  2. Table with a list of events (2) — see —see Event information.
  3. Event handling interface (3) — see Events processing—see Event handling.

In addition to monitoring control and processing handling of events in the Incident incident manager, you can generate a report on the operator's actions — see actions—see Interim report, and view the video or object corresponding to the event on the map — see Displaying map—see Display of video and object on the map.

All event information displayed in the Incident manager window is stored in the database. If you want to use the non-default database for event storing, then specify the connection settings to the required database (see Configuring the use of external database).
