By default, the possibility of requesting you cannot request a frame or a live/archive video is disabled. You can enable it when configuring this feature at the system configuration stage—see Enabling the frame or video request function.

The You can request a frame, live video and archive video can be requested for or archive video for the Camera objects, as well as for the objects linked with cameras (see Connection of objects with cameras).

To request frames and videos, you can use the following commands of the function menu commands:
